Far from being limited to just centrifuge design, Centrisys works closely with our equipment venders to provide the best system integration for your particular needs. From feed pumps, grinders, and polymer systems, to specially designed conveyor systems, our plant installations, skid/stand mounted systems, and mobile trailer systems cater to a user friendly solution for each unique application.

3D Modeling Software

Here at Centrisys, we utilize the many benefits of today's technology in 3-D modeling software. With our expertise in design and fabrication techniques, we can develop a solution for any application. We have been using SolidWorks 3D modeling for over 15 years to custom engineer our equipment and customer plant layouts. An outline of our scope includes detailed exploded assembly views, machining and fabrication prints to high-definition animations and picture renderings. Some additional benefits of SolidWorks include the add-on programs such as:

PDMWorks Vault with revision control - Helps ensure the quality and order of our parts
COSMO Simulation - Helps analyze critical stress and mesh areas during design
ANIMATOR - brings life to our 3D models to personify our concepts
PHOTOWORKS - Realistic renderings of the equipment and projects

Many of our ancillary equipment manufacturers use 3D modeling as well. We coordinate each project with them to ensure the most up-to-date versions of their equipment are being used in our layouts.

Repair Service Division

Our Custom Engineering goes beyond Centrisys Centrifuges and Equipment. We also repair competitors’ machines. Our Repairs Dept. can design and retrofit parts for many Centrifuges. The Repairs team has a vast knowledge of many major Centrifuges. We can manufacture or modify replacement parts to get your Centrifuge performing again. We can also balance scrolls, bowls and rotating assemblies on our precisely calibrated balancing machine. We have the capability to balance some of the larger machines. Centrisys also does scroll tile and hardfacing repairs.
