Our engineers benefitted from problem-solving the most challenging municipal and industrial applications. They learned firsthand what works and what doesn’t in the real world. They then used this extensive field experience to design the industry’s most reliable line of high performance centrifuges.

Today Centrisys has over 1,000 centrifuges operating around the world. Our lines of 2-phase and 3-phase centrifuges are designed to deliver the highest torque at the lowest HP. Our customers enjoy lower operating and maintenance costs because Centrisys centrifuges deliver increased solids handling and higher flow rates.

Centrisys has partnered with Viscothem to develop our proprietary fully automatic backdrive system that precisely controls our auger conveyor to produce the highest possible cake solids. This ensures the lowest installed horsepower at the best possible performance. The speed of the centrifuge bowl is adjusted with a variable frequency drive and the motor drives the bowl via V-belts to eliminate torsional vibration common to other centrifuges.
